100-Hour Diesel Service

(Basic Preventive Maintenance)

Ideal for light-use boats or post-season prep.

Includes:

• Engine oil & filter change
• Primary and secondary fuel filter replacement
• Raw water strainer cleaning
• Battery test & electrical connections inspection
• Visual inspection for leaks, corrosion & loose hardware
• Belt tension check
• Fluid level check (coolant, gear oil, etc.)
• Engine performance and idle check

300-Hour Diesel Service

(Mid-Range Preventive Maintenance)

Recommended for regular-use vessels. Expands on the 100-hour service.

Includes:

• All 100-hour service tasks
• Raw water pump impeller replacement
• Aftercooler inspection (clean if needed)
• Thermostat check
• Valve clearance inspection (if manufacturer calls for it)
• Exhaust system inspection
• Heat exchanger flush (if necessary)
• Turbocharger inspection
• Alignment & engine mount inspection
• Computer diagnostic scan (if ECU-equipped)

1,000-Hour Diesel Service

(Major Service Interval)

Comprehensive service that ensures long-term engine life.

Includes:

• All 100 & 300-hour items
• Heat exchanger removal & cleaning
• Aftercooler core removal & cleaning
• Transmission service (fluid/filter change)
• Valve lash adjustment
• Oil cooler inspection
• Injector testing or replacement (if needed)
• Re-torque critical bolts and fasteners
• Full system diagnostics and load testing
• Engine alignment and vibration inspection
• Exhaust riser removal and internal corrosion inspection
