100-Hour Outboard Service

Recommended every 100 engine hours or annually (whichever comes first).

This is your essential maintenance to keep performance high and prevent costly issues.

Includes:

• Engine oil & oil filter change
• Fuel filter replacement (inline & engine-mounted)
• Gearcase lube (lower unit oil) change
• Spark plug inspection or replacement
• Inspect belts, hoses, and clamps
• Grease all fittings (steering & pivot points)
• Inspect prop and shaft for damage
• Battery check and connections cleaned
• Visual inspection of powerhead and rigging
• Engine diagnostics (computer scan if applicable)
• Freshwater flush
• Clean powerhead

  300-Hour Outboard Service

Recommended every 300 hours or as directed by manufacturer.

This is a more in-depth service to ensure engine reliability and catch any wear early.

Includes everything in 100-hour service, plus:

• Thermostat inspection or replacement
• Water pump / impeller inspection or replacement
• Full inspection of ignition system
• Compression test
• Internal anode check/replacement
• Remove & inspect spark plugs
• Remove & inspect prop shaft (grease and reinstall)
• Control cable inspection & adjustment
• Steering system inspection
• Recalibrate throttle & shift linkages (if electronic)
• Clean powerhead

500-Hour Outboard Service

Major preventive service for high-hour engines.

Best for boats run frequently or commercially.

Includes everything in 100 & 300-hour service, plus:

• Replace water pump impeller (not just inspect)
• Replace internal anodes
• Belt inspection or replacement 
• Full lower unit inspection & reseal (if needed)
• Exhaust system inspection for corrosion/blockages
• Reprogram/update ECU software (if applicable)
• Remove, clean, and test individual components as needed
• Clean powerhead
• Full systems diagnostic report
